Probably to late, but I was seriously in my bath and my shouted eureka:

The editor has the standard unit values we can edit, will there be the possibility to choose different pre-made settings? -like a setting where every unit is reverted to what they were like in alpha- And can we make pre-made sets ourselves to put online for use in other maps?

 

You can do that in wc3. "Import/Export All Unit Data"

So no doubt the feature will be present in sc2.

If you want a set of alpha data, it wouldn't take many minutes to create that data set if you know all the values.

 

hmm yeah the deadline for sent entrys has already expire so jon probably already chose his and sent them out, will just have to wait till he tell us which ones he did.

 

Crap. And Jasmine, I never figured out how that function works and what it is intended to do, so I didn't know that was possible. Do you have a link to some explanation about how to use that function? I would be really appriciated. I always have to make every unit and building from scratch when making a new map...

 

Does anyone know when we should expect to have these questions answered by?

 

Erm, wasn't this part of the april fools joke? To make people believe this was serious and not the beta key countdown thing...

 

That makes no sense, and on top of that, the due date was the 31st, not the first, we've received nothing saying it was a prank and almost every other StarCraft2 fansite has had their own personal Q&A Session with Karune as well. Lastly, no-one suspected this was the prank, when most people suspected something about the countdown.

 

Then why is there only one list of quistions of another fansite posted here? And it even says it was fake. Meh, you are probably right again. That is why you are a global, and not me.

When dealing with Blizzard, you have to operate in Blizzard Time... which is not much like Swiss time.

o.o they will prolly be answered sometime this week, since blizzard is off during the weekends we cant expect anything right now, karune is currently relaxing on his private yacht sipping some martinis playing some SC2 off the coast of California.
