Actually, it's the koreans that have those competitions, the Chinese are trying to cut down on gaming.

Because I could and can! , meh no real point but it's a free unit to You and a minus to enemy , only to it iff the DA is defended or in base!

 

It's not free at all, you are sacrificing two Dark Templars to get a Zergling or a Hydralisk? Aside from the two Dark Templars being pure ownage as they are, take into consideration the morph time, energy build up time and also the resources and time to tech your Dark Archon. That is the type of thing that could have lost him the game, or at least prolonged victory.

Nah what I mean is , You mind control a hydralisk but then as soon it mind control's then You pull the dark archon back and give it more shield! and make sure it's safe and protected! and that is what I ment and sorry iff it was a bit difficult to understand!

 

Yes that would work in a different scenario, but when you are doing a Dark Templar rush you are trying to win early with your Dark Templars, and bringing your Dark Archon back to regain energy would be pointless because you wouldn't need it again. And if you are going to Mind Control a unit you are going to use the energy wisely and Mind Control a more powerful unit unit than a Hydralisk. The only unit worth Mind Controlling during a Dark Templar rush would be an Overlord, even then though, sacrificing two of your Dark Templars for a Dark Archon when you are doing a Dark Templar rush isn't good. As I said before, aside from sacrificing the Dark Templars, you need to tech the Dark Archon's abilities which takes a little while, and you don't have time to wait for stuff like that during a rush tactic. Dark Archons are not meant to be used in early game rushes, at all.

Yeah as a DT rush then YES just make DT's!!! , no DA but also have zealot's as well! ASAP in game! , it work's all the time , 10 zealot's in first game , mostly win or badly injuire enemy! , I like it
