Not enough bio-mass left over. Plus they're dead before they can recover them from the busted dragoon.

Yeah, Dragoon guys didn't actually die when they were picked up, they were just critically injured. And we don't actually know whether it's impossible to become a Dragoon a second time. Some of them might have been re-rescued still alive and pretty fit do go out to fight again.

One thing i dont understand is that why do all dragoons talk like a computer robot? And Fenix talks as normal as any Protoss when he was a dragoon. ???

The generic Dragoon probably had his throat damaged or something. But they don't use throats, they use telepathy, so that's a very good question... ???

Maybe it's just because the regular dragoon has to project his telepathy through the machine, but Fenix has a Supergoon so his voice is clearer. And if you look at zealots when they talk, lights flash in thier throats. Maybe those flashing lights were damaged and now they need artificial ones to talk.

it is NOT zel-it. You are hearing it wrong. It is Zel-uht. Just look at the prononciation thing (merriam webster doesn't seem to have the real ones because they suck). An upside-down e is pronounced like the a in about, the e in item, or the u in circus.

ih and uh have a big difference. ih is from the front of your mouth. uh is from the back of your month. there are more technical terms for exactly what it is but i can't remember them.
