    didn't anyone see that one vid on youtube that had the mass of phenix. when ever he moved them they stacked together so when you move them a lot (aka Muta Micro) they will stack and since you move alot when muta microing it shouldnt be to hard i should think.

    but things look different compared to gameplay and on paper so idk.

    no not 75/75 its too massable. well mutas i guess are a bit worse than they were due to too many unit buffs. but there were nerfs to many of its counters as well, aka PSI STORM

    Well, I heard that Mutalisks ACCELERATE. (maybe this was 2008 BlizzCon ed), meaning its slow at beginning, and after turns...

    That means so much harder to micro. :(

    Yea but that would make it so that they will be much easyer to do raids.

    You come in really fast dodge defence kill of all workers and run out taking minimal damge.
    I think the mutalisk will be the perfect raid unit for the Zerg. And since they speed up when moving for a while it will make it harder for micro a little bit but it will allow you to come in with huge numbers because of the infinity select of units and kill everything and then run away right as reinforcements come in.

    I couldsee a strategy where you play a very defence Zerg at the begining and take several bases with units to defence at each. Then you mass mutas and go in for the kill.

    I don't think anyone will be able to stop a force of 50 - 100 plus mutas.
    You would just have to make sure to not be allowed much harrasment.

    If they do accelerate, it also means that they are slower for the beginning (the same mechanic applied for Shuttles in SC1). So in absolute terms, it's not an advantage, I see it as a disadvantage for the beginning.

    However, this principle was also true in SC1, so if its speed has not changed, I do not see anything to worry about Y

    eah okay maybe they need a small boost in damage: not a real damage boost though, but to make its wurm attack touch 4 opponents instead of 3 would be cool). With the Terrans Units getting much stronger in terms of HP and attacks, Zergs would need some sort of boost.

    I think they need something like full damge to 4 targets and this would be an upgrade.

    I think that would be very nice and maybe make an upgrade for speed of all air units as well. (or just mutas)

    If mutas were to get these upgrades I think it would bring the muta back a little bit and make them used a little bit more.

    ****off topic****
    I heard you can select all the units that you want, so could you select your entire army?

    When is 255 blizzes #?

    That seems pretty random.
    The last game you could have 1650 units on any map you made.
    and you could have 200 supply of units

    Where did you pull 255 from?

    Its not 255.
    Its 256.

    0+1-255.

    Remember, its in binary.

    256 = 2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2
    256 = 2(power of 8)

    Wasn't it 36?

    They need afterburners, like the Valkyrie in Brood War Beta.

    Yes, but there's 256 LEVELS of upgrades, and 256 LEVELS of kills.

    0 is also a STAT, so it takes up ONE of the 256 slots.

    What's the max supply in SC2?

    And it's 256 (16*16=256)
    unless they don't show your units in a square.
