Crucio Siege Tank

Not gonna lie...the turret does look a bit odd now that you mention it, but it's not killing it for me. Quite personally, I'd much prefer this model than the other two we had previously seen

What are all the weapon types?

 

I don't think there's any real weapon types, it will just say "+50 vs light" or something.

 

I hated the Arclite assault mode. I almost never used it on raids, mostly just for defense.

ok ok I can understand not knowing how to use siege mode in attacks but to hate it? I mean c'mon siege tanks just flat out steamrolled clusters of troops.

 

He hated the assault mode... Not the Siege Mode.

EDIT: Or at least I assume by assault mode he means Tank Mode. If I had to call one of the modes an assault mode I'd call the Tank Mode the assault mode. I'm not 100% sure what jrc3234 means by it though. Seeing as no mode is officially named the assault mode, he might actually be referring to the Siege Mode.

The Crucios mobile form is called Assault mode.
When deployed; Siege mode.

From the official site:

"Originally designed to serve as a "final defense" security cannon, the siege tank adopted a two-stage configuration in its final form: a mobile assault mode and a deployed siege mode that brought its massive shock cannon to bear. "

 

Haha, thanks. I originally thought that he mean Tank Mode by it, but after I told don_bocci, who thought he meant Siege Mode, I thought I better just play it safe.

 

But why then would he use assault mode for defense?

He'd use Assault Mode for defense when his Siege Tanks are being attacked in melee combat. However he wouldn't switch back to Assault mode if he was attacking because it would do more damage if it just continued to attack the building it's already attacking.

 

Still he doesn't specify that, he just says for defense. I am just saying a little clarification would be nice.
