Countdown to Zerg

Fair prediction my friend.... This is part of a cycle!
And the cycle nears its end! The dates of release of news are the key....

In other words: I'm betting on early november.

 

IO, I think the line is "Reapers, move in! Slaughter 'em, boys!"

Typos in the signature lines make me wince, but it is for fear that I do not have a signature line.

 

I can't wait the Zergs, I want see hem, the work of them must be so wonderful. I think the zergs will be in 3 weeks our more... 2 months, I hope the most early possible...

 

I really doubt that all the units and buildings of the Protoss and Terrans will be updated on the site before the Zerg. The ones that are on there are ones that have been finalized and will most likely be in the final version. Some other units are sure to be included, such as the HT and the Probe. Only about 3 buildings total are on the site currently, and that to me doesn't seem like it'll change any time soon, at least not before the Zerg, or very close to it.

 

Blizzard doesn't have to finish releasing all of the Terran and Protoss units before they start on Zerg, and why would they? Terran started being added before the Protoss were finished, so it makes sense that Zerg can be added before Protoss and Terran are finished. I'm hoping for something big with Zerg, not sure what it will be, but I reckon they've made some major changes to their units or game-play or buildings or at least to some certain aspect of Zerg.

 

My theory is the longer we have to wait for the zerg, the better they will be;
i think this because something that is totally awsome is usually harder to make and something harder to make takes longer to make
so in the end if they came out with the zerg in like 2 days that would mean that what they did was less hard and less awsome than something that would've taken 4 months

or at least i hope so..... lol

Take a look to when he mentions that the only different Zerg unit shown so far was the baneling. He definitely holds himself to not say another word about the zerg, cuz' if he mentions "the others" ppl will insist on how many new units will the zerg have. he definitively makes an effort to choose his words when touching this subject.

He also states that Protoss were the chosen to be shown first because they would, just as I thought, enable a better display of the new graphic engines, and would 'wow' people more as a first impression.

And that they completed the Zerg race in an internal demo, but are redoing it; BUT, he clearly also stated that they have to redo the whole game with every new unit they add, so, that doesn't mean much. 'Redoing' as he put, might not be invent new units, but rather restructure them to fit within the other two races and the zerg itself.

All I know is that they do have plenty of new Zerg units ready, and he was laughing because he almost slipped it. Take a look!

I believe that the Zerg will be revealed first hand from a gaming magazine. Remember how the Terrans were revealed? I believe it was from a Swedish and German magazine.

Keep an eye for any gaming magazines out there everyone. Because there could be some Zerg info in there that we have all been dreaming of.

 

Really hope they got most of the units out before christmas...

Anyway... here's my thoughts.

A. I completely agree with topic starter, I'm expecting the zerg here pretty soon. At absolute latest I would put it near Christmas. ( a worthy christmas present...actually a demo would be better.... )

B. I see the Nydus canal being replaced by the Nydus worm. Hence the name, and yes it will be a building. Thats just my opinion though.

Anyway...

 

Of course the Nydus Wyrm will replace the Nydus Canal, it's pretty much the same building except that the Nydus Canal requires Creep to be spawned on. Blizzard won't have both of them, hat would be pointless. Like having both the old Zergling and new Zergling in the Zerg Swarm.

 

yeah nydus worm is the answer to the protoss "warp in"
