It won't fit like that I'm afraid. As for the character limit, it changes depending on characters you use, but figure on roughly 18 characters. After that the title will go onto a second line, which i personally would try to avoid because it makes your title smaller and compressed and it doesn't look very good.

 

How about Prince of Crime for title and Clown for nick?
