Hmm, that's a really though decision isn't it Praetor Fenix? I am almost considering to reinstall IE 7 again... I mean, screw those amazing themes, dictionaries, search tools, pop-up killers and all those other features, I want my portion of glowing text, I want it now!!!

    *rolls over floor laughing*

OMG, that must be the most sarcastic post I have ever made here...

I honestly think popup blockers should not even be on the list of features since evey single add on you install comes with its own pop up blocker and many come with search boxes

I feel I should mention that while Firefox fails the Acid 2 test.
    Opera does not

Whoa, am I the only one who is clueless when reading that page?

Btw IE is good enough. I never used anything else and don't feel like changing.

Oh yeah, I'm also still on IE6 because when IE7 was first released there were heaps of problems (that's what I heard/read). It is worth updating now?

I have actually used all four browsers at different times, and I would have to say that the ordering would go something like this:
Firefox > Opera >= Safari >> Internet Explorer

Of course, I have a huge bias against Windows/Microsoft products, so IE may be receiving an unfair rating for that reason.

As for things like the acid2 test, I would have to say it is up to developers to create pages that work on a user's browser, not the other way around.
Oh, and most pages don't have valid HTML according to the w3c, yet they display properly in these four browsers anyway.

Of those of you who say firefox is the best how many of you believe that because you have been told and how many because you have tried all recent browsers?

'Cause we all know how awesome IE7 is.

It asks to install like 20 programs before you actually get to install the actual program.

Spyware, anyone? Microsoft will direct-feed it to you for... FREE? AWESOME!

I never said it was the best I just said that comparing IE6 to an up to date program doesn't work

Anyway while you are talking about spyware lets discuss Google. Are you aware that they track your searches? That collect personal information. YOu know what they do with that search data? They sell it to advertisers.

Ya know I have never had IE crash on me once. I didn't even know a browser could.

    Vista though has.

Also Jon I don't think IE comes with any spyware you know why?  Because its already built into Windows.

HAHAHA! ;) True that. Most of it is.

"Would you like to submit your anonymous usage statistics to Microsoft?"

    HELLZ NO! *clicks*

    "Your information has been submitted"

Oh, and IE crashes a lot. Just tell it to go to firefox.com :D :D
