Battlenet down?

what's happening with battle.net.. it doesn't work...besides the game does not recognize my license when i enter with my account..**** ..this can be happening because the're under maintenance or whaT??

 

Yeah, now its working again but the ladder isnt, so no rank increases/decreases

 

I haven't been able to connect for nearly a week now. My responses from Blizzard have been completely useless ranging from just copying and pasting the FAQ to "It's your ISPs fault". I can't post on the official battle.net forums cause I can't even connect to battle.net as a whole.

I've been told by someone who can actually connect to the forums that they did some region fix to the servers to lower lag times. I think this may have locked out a large portion of Canada or something. I'm getting increasingly annoyed about this.

Blizzard customer service is completely useless right now since my emails get back with unrelated and responses when I get a response and there is no toll free numbers for me to call.
