    It lost 5 pixels horizontal, 5 pixels vertical, but looks almost exactly the same.

    Dunno if you still want the original or not if that itty bitty change bugs you enough to not use it.

    I now have the same problem D:
    Everything seemed fine, and yes, the images were auto-sizing down to fit the 80 by 80 limit, without having any Black Box of Doom around it, but after having changed it to my dancing girl GIF, which I resized manually so that it would work, I'm left with a shrunken image outlined by black spaces. Plz help D:

    Also, forewarning. My avatar contains major Code Geass spoilers, just FYI.

    I don't see anything wrong with your current avatar. If the pic is not a square then it's obvious that it'll have black borders. Also I don't think too many people are interested in code grease.
