    When posting a new topic it says you can add 25 tags to the topic but it only lets you add 5 tags

    Orange: your experience level... no idea what it does. Green: I think it calculates a relation between how long you've been registered and how much time you've spent online.

    You have to be at least a section mod I think. Fenix and BoP have albums and they're mods.
    Please allow everyone to have albums. Or if you want to avoid being flooded by albums, make the ability available after a certain rank (~500+ posts or something), if it's possible.

    I'll look into the albums permissions... didn't know they required them, but oh well!

    EDIT: All users now have permission to use albums. You can also (supposedly) edit the appearance of your profile. Have fun!
