Well it has been a while and I want to know how is it going? Do you have any ETA on the new mineral system, PUs, shop and chat?

 

Two weeks. The new vB has been released. Now we're just trying to implement all this stuff.

woot, the prefect end-of-the-school-year present! I've been waiting for the shop to make its return. Buying items made me feel like I had acomplished something besides posts usually filled with stupid spelling and/or grammar errors.

I think the chat box sounds like an interesting idea, but would you be able to ban people from it? I'm sure Fenix would miss being able to ban people with reasons like "Punt", "Double Punt", "By the light of the blue moon. *Poof*", etc.

umm, how do you get the race symbol besides your name?, i have been looking around a little bit and cant seem to find anything about it.

 

Go into your UserCP, click on edit your details and it will ask you what your favorite race is. Select your favorite!

Could someone shed some light on how the reputation system works?
1. Can I add points for myself (as the icon is there)?
2. Is there a log to see who changed my level and why?
3. How can we see the degrees of reputation?

 

1. no if yoy click on it it shows what your rep is

3. mouse over the rep box between Vbexperience bars and join date

 

I know but that says the same thing for grey and green boxes alike. Only ijff has a red one and says something different. I thought maybe grey shades to green in 2-3 steps or something but it doesn't seem like it (and even if it did what's after rep.level 4?).

Also, how do I reduce levels?

 

You'll start to see differences in a few days when people start using it.
right now most members havent had any rep changes

 

Click the button on a post other than your own and you will understand. Also there is a change log but as far as I know it can only accessed from the mod interface. And just so you guys know the last time I checked no one had over a reputation level of 1, which may explain why all of the grey and green say the same thing. Or maybe it just means Sc2 or Jon hasn't looked at the rep system yet and fixed the sayings.

 

Can I check the reasons for others' rep.levels?
Why does the arcade give false statistics about my activity there? I've only played 3 games so far and not even that many times as it says so.

 

Not that I am aware of kuvasz, I am still trying to figure out which post links to which rep change, if it's even possible.

Those arcade statistics appear fine. Times Played = times played by everyone (I think).

will you give us the ability to edit polls? i know VB by default doesnt allow you to do so

 

When will we be able to delete our posts? I always have to put /selfdestruct in it to signal the mods to delete it
