Yeah, just because something has guns and metal, that doesn't mean they're tanks. If they were, then half the cars in LA would be tanks.

That's a bit too much, Terrans don't need that much firepower. Think of the Zerg! It was hard enough to kill M&Ms on their own, now its M&Ms in a cloaked transport.

APC is a good idea just not in SC2

I think the bunkers are fine as they are, but perhaps they could use an improvement in form of a new ability.

Maybe "Self Destruct". Imagine tons of zerglings or zealots attacking your bunkers and its impossible for your marines to stop them. With self destruct you could sacrifice your bunker and the marines inside to create an explosion with AOE-Damage to kill those nasty alien invaders!

Or some kind of "Minedrop" around the bunker to protect it from incoming enemies.

I think that's a little imba. Cuz you could just build one bunker and blow it up with no marines inside to kill about 8-ish lots and even more lings, which is about 800 mins worth, while the bunker's just 100. Some people might also build bunkers right in front of or at an opponents base in the beginning, since the bunker's only 100 mins and has no prerequisites.

Hey, I don´t want a nuke for the bunker .. just an explosion that does some splash damage to nearby enemies. You could simply attack the bunker with range weapon to avoid the effect! I don´t think its imba... of course you had to "press the button" manually... no auto-selfdestruct!

I don't get how this is idea for a transport can be a ripoff from another game when those games took the idea from the Armed Forces......

It just doesn't make sense. ITS CALLED INSPIRATION!!!

MGS, as in Mobile Gun System.

Mobile as in self propelled, gun as in the army term for an artillery piece...

I didn't say you were wrong. Because you aren't. That particular variation is a self propelled artillery. HOWEVER. I am not wrong, every single variation of the Stryker is an armored combat vehicle. Also, I was talking about the Stryker in general, not just the MGS variant.

What if it was an upgrade for cobras only except make the rail gun into a machine gun turrent, make it bigger to fit marines in them, give it an armor upgrade, make it not hover, and make the firepower less powerful. They already look like light armored APCs give it multiple turrents so the marines can shoot out of em. The marines could also be hit like when they have defense matrix except instead of a protective bubble covering one unit, it would be a giant vehicle carrying up to 6 or 4 infantry units able to shoot out, if they can shoot. Medics can heal units inside.
It's basicly like a bunker that can move and has upgrades and the bunker can shoot I always wanted to know why units can't use skills inside bunkers anyway.
And I live in LA and I am an asian and that is offensive.. Asians take part in drive by shootings too you know.

If you're talking to me, then it's from Duke Nukem 3D. I think it's also in Army of Darkness, but I can't remember.
