    I don't think it would need much balance, after all, the host (ship in question) is almost dead... and is stationery... I don't think it would be of GREAT advantage to the Zerg, just help the Corrupters in case of a GtA counter...

    Most probably it's already balanced by itself.

    They don't seem to be doing significant damage, they don't seem to be able to move. They will most probably be easy to take down being stationnary. It's going to be as insignificant and diversion based as the broodling in SC1, the unit is dead and something weak comes out of it. :)

    Furrer, do you have a source for the Slime ability? Because AFAIK Slime only prevents resources from being mined from certain resource nodes or causes neutral structures to stop functioning.
