It wouldn't be that hard really, have your stats and stuff on the top screen while you use the pen to micro.

Good luck seeing the screen though.

If it is a new universe, I wonder what genre of game it would be. Too soon for another RTS or MMO. They wouldn't make a click fest rpg to compete against Diablo. FPS is reserved for SC: Ghost.
Puzzle, racing, sports games don't sound like Blizz to me.
Whatever it is, I'm sure it'll be Bnet friendly.

yeah lost vikings was really cool, starcraft could even have gotten the 3 unique races idea from the 3 unique vikings. joke

I didn't count those 2 as they were back in Blizz's early days. I think both were on the sega genesis.
I believe they made a game called black throne too, don't know much about it though.

 

Black Thorn, some kind of platform game in wich you shoot monsters etc. Don't know anything more though.

 

Well, yeah. Not sure for others but Vikings were made before Blizzard was actually Blizzard. They still rock though

 

the people have spoken... even starcraft fans overwhelmingly want diablo 3 more than starcraft movie. blizzard start making diablo 3 now!! i mean after starcraft 2 expansion

 

I'd rather see Blizzard stick to any sort of game over any movie. Movies are good for 2-6 hours of entertainment depending on how many times you can watch it before it gets old. Most Blizzard games are hundreds of hours of fun.

Not true, I'd rather SC movie than diablo 3. I mean I also agree that a game has more replay value, but I care about SC's storyline a lot more. Also, if you yell loud enough, Blizzard will start to make Diablo 3.

People have been yelling for 10 years for SC2. I remember getting all excited when I found out that the starcraft2 domain name had been purchased about 8 years ago. Blizzard will make D3 when they feel like making D3. Assuming they still can make a good one considering most of those people broke away to a new company.

EDIT to avoid the dreaded double post: How about a SC animated series? Could flux around diffrent non hero chars from different races to give a great wealth of detail on the little bits of lore. Or we could read the books, but SEEING a pack of lings tear a marine apart would be much cooler.

 

No, not a series. Just a movie/movies. And D3. And D3 the movie/movies.
