There is a torrent out there with most of the old episodes, many of the missing ones have been reconstructed, though a few from the fourth season onwards still miss. If you can find any of the missing episodes, you get a life-sized dalek.

fine here, the really bad storms were a few states south of us. A few casualties here from the tornadoes, but nothing compared to what the southern US got.
