Someone had asked me how to deal with bunker pushes/reapers. here is a replay showing how, to deal with that and dealing with MMM. If some zerg players learn something from this great. As for improving myself any "productive" comments are welcome. Feel free to point out my mistakes as well so i can review over it.

Here's a "productive" comment get those larva producing units...my god you had 30+ at one point there. That wasn't really a reaper rush or MMM (no marauders especially ) as he only built 1-2 reapers for the rush (a bunker each those are some good employment perks).

But yeah basically my tip is less time spamming right click to move and more time pumping drones and general units! Everything else was fine especially keeping up with larva spawning. I would've liked to have seen you produce 60 zerglings at once though...

Terran player kept filling his medivacs full of marines in combat to :S...losing a full one at one point haha.

I was actually expecting him to get tanks after he saw my first group of hydras. So for a while i was debating on using all the larve on lings, it was one of the reasons i got the 2nd hatch at my main. But i took a more wait and see kinda posture.

I think he was rather smart for not making to many marauders. They wouldnt have done that much better then marines, and at least marines could hit air if i went back to mutas.

As for reapers/bunker. Main thing i wanted to show was dealing with it, spreading the creep dropping a spine and targeting the scv. Also when i saw the first reaper natural thing to get is speedlings.

One thing i noticed i forgot to do in this game which i normally do is make a batch of lings to take all the Ztowers and leave 1 behind ever expansion area and 1 outside his base. Looking back i should have caught on to his expansion at the top right earlier.

Thanks for your comment ill be less OCD on the clicking.

if the terran built siege tanks instead of messing with hellions, the story would have been a bit different?

I'd like to have early upgrade to increase the efficiency of the lings, but I guess in the video it is not too late for the hydras.

well done for the bunker management!

Your scouting seemed a bit on the weak side, as zerg , you should have a relative easy time knowing when something going off about the map. Also your upgrading was a bit slow.

Personaly I find burrowed zergling work wonders for recon myself.

Tanks pretty much waste hydras like no one's business. Helions not so great against hydras since they tend to get into a wide arch and not a straight line. 3 tanks behind his wall in would have stopped all my hydras.

As for upgrades i usually tend to get them depending on their upgrades and their unit mixup. After seeing that marines where a bulk of his army i had assumed he tech swaped after upgrades were finished for his barracks. Usually thats what i do 3 barracks 1 with tech once all upgrades done i swap it with the factory and get reactors for my port and barracks.

As for scouting i had forgot to make my batch of lings for that. Mentioned that earlier. usually i dont get burrow unless im getting infestors. i Just position lings behind expansion mineral lines.

    Thanks for the productive comments.

Isn't the basic land armour upgrade prety much usefull in nearly every siteration tho? Also burrowed lings if placed right mean you effectively not only got a scout, but a stealth scout, meaning you lure you oppoment into a false sense of secruity, build/bring loads of workers to his new base.... then rush 20 speedlings/ whatever over to his exposed base and hit him very very hard.

Its only 100 minerals and gas and hardly ever a waste, so I think it prety much a defult choice to get when you hit tier 2 unless you really need the gas for mutas myself. Plus if you wana go infestor or roach and already have it, it one less piece of research to wait for isn't it?

Ive tried burrowed lings before and they do have their uses. But ive noticed most plat/diamond players wont expand to an unsafe area anyway, if they take their expansion they are usually capable and able to defend it. So i opt to detour them from wanting to expand to that area. If they choose to kill my scout and expand there ill know they are expanding and either they will split their force or relocate their force, which is usually the moment i push on the main.

Burrow research has its perks but i dont get it unless i need it. Rarely ever do i use roaches i find them a joke now. Plus comsat/observers i dont find much use in offensive burrowing to take agro off certain units.
