zero hour mission wont load! pls. help!

    hi guys i cant play the mission 3 and im stucked all over with it! it only appears a gray(corrupted) screen if i closed it and go to the briefing room! olso when i clicked play tab it goes back to the main menu and says wont load map! please help me! any help will be much appreciated! thank you...
