Zerg Vs The Flood(Halo Series)

I know there was another related poll like this which was about the starcraft universe vs Warhammer 40k, but I really wanted
to what starcraft fan's opinions would be between the Zerg and the Flood

 

Really hard choice, but I chose Zerg. Why? They're smarter.

 

Zerg, the flood is just a cheap ripoff. Granted, I only ever played Halo 1 because I didn't feel 2 would be worth the money so maybe the flood got alot stronger or something but the zerg are insane.

Do the flood even have anything that could match hydralisks or multalisks? What would they do against the zerg casters? Maybe I should look into what changes they made to the flood in Halo 2 but in Halo one I was not impressed.

Infest them?

 

Yeah, the flood can infest everything. it can surely infest the structures of the zerg too and make the units even stronger.

 

Or maybe the Zerg would infest the Flood?

 

Lets see the flood can only infest sentient creatures while the Zerg can infest... everything

Zerg would win, the Flood as far as I know isn't as unified. They aren't that smart either. The Zerg can adapt to any enviorment they're in, and have a leader to guide them.

 

An infestation fight! Ya Go zerg! But seriously Zerg would win.

 

The zerg would win pretty easy I think but you got to remember that the flood use rocket launchers and other halo weapons so you never know, and it was really be who ever could infest who would be the winner.

 

bah, a zergling could stand up to a silly human rocket launcher to the FACE!!! or... manibles, if the flood have good aim

in my opinion, it would be a stalemate, sure they both can infest, they both have something the other side does not but can infest the creature that can do the job they want. now that i really think about i would say they would not fight but become one creature.

 

As the opener of that topic I say; it has nothing to do with this so you have the full right to open this one

I would say Zerg.

 

You raise a good point. They'd sorta meld together, but I think Kerrigan would keep control, as the Zerg are sentient and the Flood are not.

 

They need the Tyranids! Don't get me wrong, I love the zerg (in a freaky starcraft way) but the Tyranids would totally own them.
