I've been playing some zerg lately against the computer for practice, because I havn't played them in a while. While I win every game of course, just from eventually overwhelming them, I always find myself with like 2k-3k unspent minerals when the game ends...and this never happens when I play terran or protoss. My final few attacks are usually lots of zerglings, some hydras, lots of mutas and a couple of ultras. Any help is appreciated. And yes I do suck compared to you pros lol.
If you have that many resources, then you aren't spending them fast enough. If you mostly use Zerglings and have thousands of minerals left, build more Hatcheries. For 300 minerals each, you get 3 more larvea to morph into Zerglings. Also: are you researching upgrades?
Well if having minerals s that much trouble replace zerglins with ultras. Or better make air attacks since they cost more. I really don't see a problem with having resources.
yeah i guess i couldnt really get enough hatcheries down quick enough, but yeah im getting better, thanks. ill stick to terran and protoss though, im pretty good at those.
