Now, I read the FAQ, and I understand that they're handed out to positive influences on the forums. That I did get. What I am wondering though is, how often are they given out? Are the workers very difficult to obtain, or are they handed out somewhat often? Thanks for answering, Matt
This has been asked so many times... They are only given out to people who make a god-like post, become a Hyperion member or win a special contest. You can't buy them or something like that, so don't even try. So just to make this crystal clear: there is no specific time interval in which they are given out. :good:
You can't tell if they are given out frequently or not, it's not made public when someone gets a worker. That is not true. Everything is for sale. You just need to get the time, the place and the money right.
Yeah, but SC2 will remove it from your profile before you can even post: "I got it!" And he probably will give you a penalty to, because it is clearly stated in the description that you only get them from mods...
Worker items are given out as prizes for competitions and as extremely rare rewards. They're not flaunted because it results in extreme mineral inflation which we're trying to avoid. Don't expect these items often. Sorry.
