Nice one, but did you write this exactly? No offense, but if it is from a website, then next time link it please

 

It may be region specific or something but what about CTRL+SHIFT while not doing any of these?
At least here (not only on my laptop - works also for stationary PCs) it changes keyboard, like switching y with z etc.
It's THE most annoiyng shortcut ev4r.
