You really need to furnish more specs to determine if and how well SC2 will run on that machine. Namely CPU and video card.
The only problem is the video card can I still play. I checked on online I pass all execpt video card and on video card list it checked ram and something else. Can I still play only thing that is stopping me from sc2 is video card.
I'm assuming you did the hardware check on YouGamers. Post a screenshot of the results here. I have a feeling you probably have integrated graphics and even turned down to the lowest settings, some of them just don't have the necessary features that the game uses (shader model version, etc) to function.

GMA3100... Ouch... Unless you fancy playing at less than 10 FPS, don't bother. Highly suggest upgrading to at least a Radeon HD4650 ($50) or 4670 ($70).
