I've reset the scores on Detonate in the arcade (sorry Yamato_Cannon :'(). The players with the 3 highest scores by 12 pm EST April 23rd, 2010 will receive a beta key. This should get us the members with the highest APM, right?? Get playing!

Lucky me. I'm really "good" at that game. Yomato is better though =( EDIT (protip secret): I used a macro for mouse click spam (aka turbo) and an Underclocked Intel P4. You didn't give any rules regarding equipment. If you think this is cheating Jon then.. well then I'm not the only one. I just want you to know. Gonna give it if I get it to serg I think. But I DO average 200 in SC2 .. 300-400 with spam

I just tried to use the residual damage from explosions as far as possible, plus the fan on top sometimes
It could be great for people (like me ) that did not "cheat" with their computer (even if nothing said you could not) to increase the number of keys to 5 by example :laugh: Yes I tried a lot lot of times (more than hundred?) to increase my score even if I was knowing the only way to win was to slow the computer and the flash game. But I did not because it is not in the Starcraft spirit. I would not cheat in SC2
I guess some of us should feel partially guilty.. But I'm a true asshole regarding free stuff, so I don't care. I'm first and that's that, no matter the prize there will be competition. And I hate seeing new members come here just to participate in contests. If I got it, that means the judge saw nothing wrong. Also, I DID admit to having an unfair advantage. He could have skipped me in the highscore. If i didn't admit to using a "cheat" I would be ashamed of my self. Hang in there, there will be TONS of beta keys.. they're not that rare anymore. Just check the forums, youtube, twitter and facebook sometimes as well as the livestream.
No problem man I know that there will be others keys later, that is why I did not cheat in the contest. I could have done, but it is just not my way to do. It was not a bad looser thinking. I was seeing this contest like the best player will get a beta key. It is not exactly that (in the sense of it was the man that just had to stay the longer in front of his screen without effort) but I just was wrong. By the way it is the same everywhere. If you try a giveaway, some people do hundreds of accounts to get five or six keys. I wont do. Now, did you recept the keys or have I still some time to cheat? :laugh:
The whole reason websites have these contests is to... hang on, here it comes: extend their user base! It's not like Jon makes these things just to please you. ^^
