Will we fight Xel'naga and Hybrids?

Do you think or do you know whether or not we will be fighting any hybrids or xel'naga in starcraft2?
And if so can you use them in map editor.

 

I desperatly hope that we will be able to see both them single player campaign. Battling them will be at the Campaign story line discretion. I believe in you Blizzard.

Um, wow. Did you really need to lie about the topic of the thread to get people to view a poll? Why didn't you just add the poll to the thread you already made?

 

As I said months ago I think we will see both Hybrids and Xel'Naga in Starcraft 2.
Whatever we'll meet in this future game I hope Blizzard will not disappoint us in the storyline. I trust them.


The Protoss fought against the Xel'Naga, their creators, centuries ago. If those last ones come in the starcraft 2 universe (the will come because Zeratul himself told James Raynor that the Xel'Naga have returned) they will surely be hunted by the Protoss again. So there will surely be missions in the Protoss campaign where we will have to fight against Xel'Naga.

HOWEVER there were a hate and wars between the Dark Protoss and the original ones. Thanks to the events of Brood War it seems that there is peace between EVERY Protoss. But the arrival of the Xel'Naga will surely push some Protoss to decide : or we greet the Creators, or we hunt them. And there will be two factions of Protoss, those who are with and those who are against the Xel'Naga.

Who are the Hybrids ? The Zerg-Protoss hybrid, created by the Terrans, is SURELY the Xel'Naga. The Terrans gave another life to this being, lost since the day the Protoss annihilated it, thanks to genetic manipulations. The Xel'Naga is a being who gave the birth to the Protoss first (Xel'Naga's purity of body) and to the Zerg (Xel'Naga's purity of essence).

So normally a Zerg x a Protoss = a Xel'Naga (because Xel'Naga gave half of their "personality" to each of their creations)
But in the storyline there is just a Zerg-Protoss Hybrid. So this hybrid IS the Xel'Naga.

Zeratul was scared in facing this creature. And who is Duran ? I personally think he is nor a Terran mind-controlled by the Xel'Naga ! And as they control life, they can also modify the aspect of a simple Terran.

If Duran is the servant of the Xel'Naga (surely) and that we all know he is a machiavelic person, that means that the Xel'Naga will not come back for peace in the Koprulu Sector !!

Zeratul will surely fight against the Xel'Naga. He is a Dark Templar who will never serve those "gods". And that will surely hurt most of the Protoss. So there will be wars between Dark Templars and Protoss. Some Protoss will follow him, those who want to hunt the Xel'Naga.

Samir Duran's Terran army will defend the Xel'Naga. James Raynor will follow Zeratul. He will hunt the Xel'Naga. Kerrigan who controls the most powerful Zerg army (army that's all) in the universe will not like the presence of an enemy and rival like Duran and his friends, the Xel'Naga. She will hunt the Xel'Naga.


So .... Raynor and his army, Kerrigan and the Zergs, Zeratul, his brothers the Dark Templars and some Protoss will fight against Duran and his commandos, the Xel'Naga and some Protoss who will try to defend their gods. Maybe some Zergs will follow the Xel'Naga.
