Will this video card run the game on high or ultra?

    is there really that big of a difference between high and ultra

    Not that I've noticed. I believe there was an article on Legion or Tom's Hardware which showed the differences between the different modes. Quite frankly, once I start playing, I can't really appreciate the upgrade from medium to ultra as I'm more concerned with not getting my goose cooked.

    Definitely fine for ultra especially at the resolution you're using. Do note that some of the graphics options are dependent on the CPU.

    how come im lagging so much it becomes unplayable after a few minutes at minimum graphics
