I have 96GB free out of 219GB on my windows vista laptop. I have warcraft iii, diablo ii, and starcraft on my computer. diablo ii runs painfully slow. if i uninstall the three games and install command and conquer 3, will it run at a good speed?

    Nope, won't do a thing.

Check your specs. If you only have 2g RAM, not much of anything is gonna run nice and happy

Yes, the amount of hard drive space you have doesn't determine how well programs will run on your computer its your processor, video card, and ram that mostly determine this.

However, having a clean and compact harddrive can help programs run better but is not the main thing behind it. You could try De-fragmenting your hard drive and cleaning up your registry that could help programs run more smoothly. Although if your specs aren't good enough its not gonna matter.

A clean harddrive will only help load times, not actual performance (unless your hard drive is so full it's cutting into your page file - Which, with almost 100g left, it's not).
