    Nope, not with this setup. You will get far but not Ultra.

    More power

    For starters I would go for more power on your mainboard. Start with a minimal of 600 W. Especially when you want more cooling later and if lots of usb connections. And go for SLI. Your VC's should do the job, if you have 2.
    I would go for Intel as I've burned about 3 AMD's now.;)

    Well, i don't own it yet, and i don't want to buy it, then not be able to play on ultra. :)
