will starcraft 2 work on my 2.4 GHz intell?

Hi, I've got a intell 2.4 mhz intell pentium, windows xp, 2 GB ram, 512 mb video card. I've tried the demo and it comes up with a warning about not having windows 7, but it lets me install, and the demo itself runs smoothly even at medium settings.

If I buy the full game will it let me install, and will it be playable? would appereciate anyone's ideas or experience with an older computer like this.

AFAIK the final product has identical or very similar requirements to the demo, so if the demo ran fine then you can go ahead and buy the full game. SC2 is compatible with WinXP, Vista, and 7. Though the minimum requirement on my box says 2.6GHz... but I'm assuming your GPU can take some load.
