Here's my computer, which I got in 2005, and I'm assuming it will not run SC2. So my question is, what exactly do i need? I am hoping to just upgrade my existing computer and not buy a whole new one, and to do it as cheaply as possible. Any ideas? Your insight would be greatly appreciated. I can't see how it can run Starcraft 2. One core, slow speed, low ram, sucky GPU prlly. Do not upgrade your mac.. It seems stupid to me, you'd have to swap the whole computer out.
I'm running SC2 on vista, windows 7, ubuntu, and downloading the mac client atm. my mac has similar specs. so far its seems to run fine on crappier computers
This=Pretty much no. I have a netbook with similar specs, cept with 1g of RAM (667Mhz) and a 1.6 Atom. Doesn't run. Also, how in the hell is your FSB 142MHz and still working!? That's the slowest I've ever seen.
All of the above posters have not said one thing. The most important thing. Probably cause they're not Mac users. I don't blame them. SC2 in an Intel only game. And your G4 is a PPC machine. So that fact alone means it will not work with SC2.
