Why You Like Empire?

This is just a simple thread that people can post why they like the clan.
I would be interested in knowing a short paragraph about why you like the clan and what made you join. I would like to hear other things about the clan leadership, the enviroment, and what else you think of the clan in general. Things like this will help the clan overall and the leaders as well.

Please get many many new members to join our forums. The more we have, the better

 

First off.. YOU CLOSED THE PIC THREAD!!!!!!! we all joke around shadow.. no one is taken seriously.. we do it on forum and in channel pretty much 24/7. Its funner then just always complimenting eachother. Comon now. I know 4 a fact just last night me 2can and Pkr were joking around bout the pics lol. Why you think Pkr posted his phone haha! and now its closed ;( Nobody is that sensative.

Blah.. Anyways Why do i like E. Well, for to start off, for the most part it isnt idle. I know at times it can be slow, but thus is life. I like the fact that members like NSter, 2can, Status, Aqua, Italian, Pkr, Weeman.. so on. We can all joke around, poke fun at eachother and even get into serious convo's(like me and Aqua about lakers and boston) and still come out as homies. Nobody is over sensative(accept maybe cow, and maybe.. tho not sure, Meth) but thats why i dont flame them. Also there is a good mix of fast and low. No one flames you just because you lose to them or dont want to game with you because they are better.. which is fun and important for growing.
I like the fact that Ops are always up, and if a couple drop. It doesnt take long for them to pop back up.
Also i like how E owns floods. No one can flood us. all /fail horribly
No complaints about leadership.. trust me if there was i wouldnt be here. Hopefully that wont change.
But above all else, i like how E(despite your hard past) seems to be very stable and i can c myself here for a long time.

 

EVENTHOUGH meth got oped you, it shows how much i trust you so fat, butt until the other fatasses can trust you, which is for all for a good reason since now and days ppl bs clans like meth did, which i suppose he was afraid of anyway about [E]..

Well every since i was w. Dark_NIght[Dro] in Clan Dro, which i liked a lot, Empire was just a bunch of idle bots cause it had been through a lot, fags etc. but me and darky made it into how it was before, a great gamming clan, so I just like we have someone who has the experience(Shadow duh), and how old the clan itself is, which means it has been though everything Battle.Net has thrown @ it, just needed some help So yeah thats why I <3 [E]

 

I like most of the members quite a bit [you know who you are] and the others that I don't talk to much, I don't still don't have a problem with. We all game and for the most part, try to be mannered in general, although sometimes we do get a bit obnoxious but that's just cause we're fun peeps with a good sense of humor. I like how we're all pretty light hearted you know? No one's *****ing at each other for real or getting mad about ranks and ****. To be honest, I wish the clan was only low-money, but that's ok... The low money gamers are respectful and will politely ask for help, which I will usually be more than glad to assist with. Also, yeah, the bots own floods quickly so it's not like a headache every time I log on. The improvement that the members show with gaming is also great, I like seeing people who @ first, really sucked, but have been trying to get better and now are 1v1ing me etc. and trying to improve themselves.

There's more I bet, but yeah, good enough.

 

^.^ i been loveing clan Empire for so long lest just say if i can make games like b4.. i got viseo soo gay.... btw cant make game but its faster ^.^ well i can also Mass Recruit i think its kinda harder cuz with people hateing clan and drama and all the jazz . i think Empire is Grate the funnis Clan i ever been in its got cool people we dont really care about skill that much well... at my point in view of a clan is that its should be fun and its for every one absep Haters and Bmers they F*&&C every thing up .. that like games and have fun but most people like clan who is supper gosu.... well i think people who think like that shuold go to a team not a clan.... and showing off there skill hate show offfer aka THe.game lol anyways...... Clan Empire going far and also in Sc2 i hope


and Btw who here can soppoted sc2 game? hope all or membercan play sc2 i can all i need is the damm relested date XD

I have been down with emp for a long time now and loving every min of it the great ppl i meet, the fun we have in the channel just talking to each other. empire is one of the greatest things to ever happen to me, good ppl that can help with dang near anything and even help you thro a rough time in your life. i have spent many days and nites on the computer while in this clan and i wouldn't change that for anything.

 

I like the nerds in clan n people i play with especialy the one on 1 it makes me a better player n of couse a humble leader wat i dont like i is our website n the way we recruit noobs i think the menber list should be updated more often n the leader should be a littel more into clan by leader i mean 2can n cow i dont expect shadow to be there i mean he a founder and got a life i mean people who could

I dont think we should have recruitment based on a players skill level, necessarily. Since alot of us Vet's dont play anymore and are just waiting for sc2 mostly.. but then again I guess only people yet to join a clan.. would be active players of the game. Besides.. sc is old as dirt. Most good players are already in the small hardcore gammin clans. Everyone else is jus casual play or naturally bad, Rofl. (or 2can goin pro)

I am definately conflicted though about the members page always being updated. I for the longest time wanted that damn list to be updated, seeing myself above or below names that are never effin on! (like Ante, who is commander... but was back after a year for 2 weeks then vanished AGAIN). But at the same time, its Shadow's open policy(as i like to think of it) thats really nice about E that most other clans who do update member list constantly just dont have or understand. The fact that an E member can go and have a life and come back to their membership in E, or something similiar. (though it shouldnt be rewarded) I think the non active current members should be put on a hold list. And have requirements such as.. 1-2 months inactive, Hold. 3+ Months "Sleep". Instead of seeing kids like Unseen, Ante, KiL, Godfather, Hunted, Toxic, Brownman.. Ranked as active members, who clearly arent. Be on a hold or sleep list.

 

i dot mean skill like that i mean dont recruit just b/c see how they play b/c some people i recruit i in pwned but i see pontetina i i recruit them any way like this one recruit juic[e] is a noob came back from retirement but then i recruit this gud player name haze n stamina im not saying dont recruit noobs just dont recruit someone who only built canons

 

Hello, I just joined the clan recently. From my point of view, the good things about the clan are that people in general are good mannered and posses great skill. The majority of people have been pretty mature and that's always a big plus. I hate to be in a clan full of kids with nothing better to do than demand respect and recognition without doing anything to earn it from their fellow members. Respect is earned, not given. Anyways, so far, the good members of this clan has not only been great players but very helpful too. Quite a few people that I have played against have offered some friendly advice after the game which I appreciate. I hope the clan continues to succeed and acquire more, not only great players, but good people as well. =)

Also, I've yet to win against a single player, but I guess I'd do better if I'd played on python before today(only seen the map in pro-games, never actually played on it)

Well Eon, look no further, these fine members here WILL help you get better. Just ask for help, review strats from them, and take their advice and i can gurantee your clanmates will get you to where you want to be.

 

You had no chance vs 2can and g.shock. Though g.shock isn't in the clan. He is a friend of lolreally.

Lolreally can teach you some things. G.shock and Haze are willy to give a little training too. Carl(2can) is best learned from by just watching him, or playing him.

I've already learned that I'm too slow at teching and expanding. I blame fastest maps for that.

I'm thinking of changing back to using zerg, they are my favorite race and were my best race until I learned how to use reavers effectively with shuttles

 

Trust me shuttle micro is godly hard -.- learning to pick them up just after they fire their scarabs and still keeping the shuttle at full speed to make a quick get away when you need to.

 

dont worry eon like shadow said u will get there some day n when u do i will like o be one of the first to see this level of play n say congrats also if u need help with strat with toss i can give u pointers just let me knw in channel

P.S what happen to this thread being about wat u like about empire
