Hello, please read attentive what i say because i dont want stupid answers like in official forums, where after 2 pages didnt got a good answer To have in MAIN PROFILE WINDOW "campaign brutal complete" i need to do all missions or not? (im not speaking about any achievement, just this "brutal" text) I see some guys have campaing ace completed brutal, i gues ACE means they have done all missions? so to have just "campaign brutal complete" i gues i dont need all missions. I mean probably i dont need the missions from laboratory? i have done on brutal 10 missions until now. Im confused about planets. To advance faster to end, need to pick missions only for a planet or what? i found bets explanations here http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Campaign but anyway need more help, i gues i can skip a lot of missions to the last one to get what i want
I wasn't aware there was a difference between the ace thing and the complete thing. What I do know is that there is a difference between your badge and text in-game and the one on your battle.net profile (the web page). Are you sure you're not talking about these two?
Hmmm... I'm not entirely sure if you get the ace if you complete all missions on brutal, but if you intend to finish the campaign on brutal I'd advice doing all missions, since every little bit of extra income you can get, be it credits or toss/zerg research points is very valuable for the later ones... If you only need the brutal campaign complete badge, I think you just need to do the final mission, and the thread you linked says which are the nessessary missions to take for it. You can skip some, though again, when playing it on brutal I'd advise you against it since it'll take you into the final missions with less research/units/mercs which will make them a hell lot of tougher to beat...
if im doing last mission in hard, i gues cant replay anymore in brutal something and all is lost, right? that they say in the wiki link
I doubt they said that since that is not true. I'm doing my brutal missions off of my hard run-through, and even if i had done all-in already, I could just load a previous save status. Just... use your imagination and common sense...
Which wiki? Which page? Yes, you can go back and do missions even after winning the campaign. You only lose that ability if you start a new campaign, and even then, if you saved somewhere (NOT auto-save!) in a completed campaign, you can always restart from there.
ok thanks andyway ill reformulate my question and my question is for the guys who have in profile "campaign complete brutal". Not for the guys who have "campaign ACE complete brutal" because i dont care about ACE (i gues ACE means all missions) I want to have this in profille (i dont speak about any achievement, just this brutal text in main profile window) and my question is - when u look in missions archives, i gues there are 25 missions and you have ALL completed on brutal? or only the important ones from the "line story"?
Why not spend the time researching this into beating the actual campaign missions to score the "Ace" part instead? You can't go wrong this way
