    the beyond units looks like the Carrier, so what is the front yellow unit?

    The yellow one is a carrier and the grey ones are tempests.

    The beyond units are Tempests, units from before that have been scrapped. The current Carrier uses the Tempest model, only it's golden.

    And the golden thing in the middle is a Carrier artwork.

    Maybe we can buy the Tempests in the protoss campaign like the vulture in the Terran campaign.
