Just curious about the distribution of the races on this forums. Take the time to answer, plz Edit: You can choose 2 races if you swap between two regularly.
I play exclusively random nowadays. Back in beta and SC1 I used to main protoss, which is still my best race. I know most players stick to one race because it is too difficult to keep track of build orders for all nine matchups. Strangely, that didn't apply to me because I never go by build orders, I just "wing it" in every game. Instead I just rely on aggression and quick thinking; usually I can think of a successful unit composition on the fly, so I never have to plan anything beforehand.
I play zerg as I prefer a more fluent strategy which can be changed at an instant and an army which can easily flank/come out of the frickin ground! I don't use build orders really because of this. I don't mind terran as guns are cool but I really really hate protoss. Mainly because they just rely so heavily on just having a big central army to win and expanding for them is more inconvenient.
I'm playing toss and sometimes terran, back in sc:bw I was a toss/terran player too... Thing is that I don't like playing zerg, and although I wanna give them a shot as they are a vary awsome race, I really dislike their sounds and all the saliva and **** of the race, and don't really feel cool playing it So not playing random because I don't wanna get zerg pushed me to pick a single race, and that's alway been toss for me
Terran (although I started out with Zerg), but would like to play some Zerg too, can't play Random because don't want to be a protoss
Terran in StarCraft2 just rocks. Although I did play Zerg in SC: BW but in StarCraft2 using Terran just came naturally to me =D
