Where's the maps directory ?

Sorry but i can't get a **** about the map system. I found a map on internet and I downloaded it, how to make it available from the solo mode (the only way I found to play it is to launch it with the editor and test it) ? Where is the map directory like in SC1 ? I downloaded a TD and I want to delete it, how to do ?

I can't find it either. (Ironically, I knew where to put them during beta.)
