When is the Flash Chat used?

I've gone into it a few times but I've never actually seen it used. For those that don't know what I'm talking about... On the top right corner of the page there is a Quick Link's drop down tab and in it there is a Flashchat option. It's just sort of a live chat thingy. I was just curious when it actually gets used.

 

It's used in the past.

 

It's mostly for nostalgia.

I remember the good old times in the flashchat! I remember getting in trouble because I would stay in the flashchat for weeks on end, which used up too much bandwidth.

 

I drop by every now and then, but not as often as in the good old days. The chat has become an empty void now. All that is left are the memories of battles, SC2 speculations, posting games and random idiocy.

I blame BoP.

As for suggestions, that depends on in which time zones people are. Evenings by European standards works best for me, I'd rather not stay up too long after midnight.
