What will "you" be called in the Zerg campains?

In the Zerg campains "you" the player were called a celebrate.

What do you think you the player will be called since all of the celebrates were killed off, what are peoples speculations?

"Queen" or "Kerrigan".

In StarCraft II, you play as the main hero (or villain, in Kerrigan's case). I'm more interested in who will be calling her queen.

 

So you will be Kerrigan and you can choose what to do? Cool.

Is this for sure, the 2nd expansion is going to be kinds far off.

(the expansions are Terran, Zerg, Protoss right?)

 

Of course it's for sure. You get to choose which missions to pick, and walk around as Raynor on your ship. So yeah, you will be Kerrigan.

 

I wonder if this will be Kerrigans death... or perhaps a birth of a new seed to help the Queen of Blades. I guess the rpg factor is very questionable once you associate terran from zerg. So heart of the swarm campaign will be like, Kerrigan buying stuff from zerg merchants? Speaking with organic creatures of higher intellect than a standard zerg unit? I wonder how will that play out lol.

 

Aye carumba! She won't be buying stuff. She'll be evolving. You (the player) probably get to choose how she evolves. Do you want to boost her energy regen rate? How about her claw damage? Stuff like that.

@Sniper is that a name from something I've never heard or a name you came up with,

I tipickly use hawk or storm as char names, but I didn't on these forums for some reason.

The Overmind is dead, and his lieutenants, his Cerebrates are dead too. We will play a Cerebrate again as we did in the last campaign of Brood War. We will have to follow Kerrigan again, that's logic. But maybe we will play a Cerebrate with so much power thanks to our victories we will have to accomplish during the 30 missions of 3Heart of the Swarm" that we will become a Renagate Cerebrate, one of the kinds of Cerebrates that Kerrigan decided to kill in the past. She will try to kill us. But when we will trease her, who will we follow ? The Terrans ? The Protoss ? The Hybrids ? Or just Samir Duran, who will become one of the main characters we can't ignore in SC2.

That's just a speculation, but I confess that I have a good imagination

 

You won't play as a Cerebrate in Heart of the Swarm SOGE. You don't really play as someone anymore, bur rather control someone. In SC1 you were always nameless, because you were "yourself". In SC2 you instead control Raynor, Zeratul and Kerrigan.

 

People who played Warcraft III will understand this more. You play as the main character. Kerrigan never talks to you; you are Kerrigan.

This is already known, so I'm not sure why this thread is still ongoing...

 

The real matter here is if there will be anyone to talk to during zerg campaign. I suppose it would be terribly boring if she is an island of her own. And besides, she definitely is up to something after resting for 4 years. Maybe she plans on obtaining or destroying the Xel'naga for good and become god?

 

We know that queens are sentient (they're geneticists), and Kerrigan has been seeking a consort. Although, will Kerrigan be calling them duchesses or something instead?

 

Kerrigan will have plenty of characters to talk to. Most of them will be enemies, though. :/
