Hey ive been practicing on ai opponents and i can beat medium lol yay and i was wondering what lvl of ai should i be able to beat till i enter bronze league??? I have a build order down and im understanding how to play my problem is multi taskign though lol any thoughts?
Isn't bronze the bottom? I think you lost all 5 placement matches, you'd still be in bronze. I only won 2 placements and got put in bronze. I am able to consistently beat the HARD AI.
kk ive been working on m build order and stuff ima vs hard and see how it goes and if i can be hard then i will move into the league.
Where should I go once I finished the campaign on normal? I didnt play sc1....lol Is there an actual place for newbs? or do people just go there to pwn the newbs, like in every FPS?
^^^ um vs ai and then do some practe matches with people vs ai then u will play 5 game to determe your placement on the ladder then be matched against people of your skill lvl
The auto match system does its best to match you with people your level. Once you finish your 5 placement matches you will be placed in 1 of the 5 leages. Bronze would be the lowest and should be where most beginners are. Even here, you will be matched with people are you level (sometimes a few levels higher, but if you beat them your rank goes up.) Of course there are some jerks who purposely get into bronze to pwn noobs ._. Can't be stopped, but there shouldn't be too many of those guys.
I like your name. Just go into the multiplayer tab. Once you do you are prompted if you wanna do practice games before placement matches. Only problem is they are all with "novice" maps and have rocks bloking parts the regular league maps don't. It's supposed to make the game a slight bit less faced pace for new people...I think it just teaches them to do dumb things. Like building 40 sup depots and two command centers in one base before ever getting a single marine.
