Warcraft units in Starcraft 2?

Everyone knows that Starcraft units made an appearence in Warcraft 3. But will Warcraft units apppear in Starcraft 2, maby even Warcraft 4 units...



What do you think?

 

I thought Starcraft units make appearances in Warcraft 3 games because someone not affiliated with Blizzard designed some of the Starcraft units (such as the marine) in one of those programs you can download to make Warcraft 3 units? I've only seen the marine in Warcraft 3 games when they are custom maps made by someone not affiliated with Blizzard. Wait a second, I think I am missing something, did Starcraft units make an appearance in the actual single-player campaign? I have not played the WC3 campaign in so long.

 

1 easter egg i know is that on the campian were tyranda is running from demons, withen the tree's of the map, a zerg hydralisk can be found! Only on the origanal WC3 night elf campian.

A Marine, zergiling, hydralisk, and orc firebat model can be found in the world editer, and if you deafeat the last lvl on hard, you see them all in battle in the end of the credits!


Will warcraft units apear in starcraft was my question though...

 

Some of you may already know this but if you watch closely in the gameplay trailer they already reveal a dancing Night Elf hologram.

I think it's right before the Immortal + Seige Tanks scene.

 

Wow, maby they will apear in starcraft 2!

 

That's just probably some scenery in the game, not an easter egg.

Okay, now, let's get off that topic. Anyway, I can't see why Blizzard would not want to put WC characters in SC 2, I mean, they have done it in the past, so why not do it with SC 2?

 

warcraft 4 units, or warcraft 5 if Blizzard considers Wow to be Warcraft 4

 

Nah, WC4 would be a new RTS.

 

Want to team up and make Warcraft 4 using the Dawn of War engine? I cant hack into it but can you guys?

 

I don't think we have too many people here who can design 3-dimensional animated characters.

 

Grunt vs Zeleot, it could work. Nice battle.

I would totally believe so. The zealot would knock the grunt's head right off.

 

But the grunt would rip the zelots arms off, then legs...

 

Mehh... the Zealots are too skilled in battle... the Grunt would rely too much on mere strength, but the Zealot has much better equipment and stuff... that'd be my guess at least...
