I dont get why flooding a server is called war..

 

iot isnt called war, flooding a server is referred to as war now since REAL warring died and its concepts but people cant grasp this idea that just because your laoding a channel dont make it war anymore.

and 1v1 a clan will never be "war", i'd sit and write what war means and why it deals with bots and the server but.. im not motivated

Well, nerds and geeks from age old Bnet consider warring to be flood/loading.

 

wrong aged geeks know flood/loading is not warring.
Flooding and massloading didnt come till AFTER priv ops was patched. Flooding first started after the priv ops patch by Lord[Zero]... a person from west.. or atleast he made it known on bnet to begin. then the conceptof fillin a channel with tons of bots came into play soon after.

Warring was and still is, fighting for Operator of a channel. When Pirv ops was around, it was womever was at the top of the channel had Operator.. non of this clan/op bull****. So, you would load an enemies channel during server splits/drops/whatever to try and take operator of there channel. It was a game within a game(starcraft) and was fun as hell. But.. bnet got PMS cramps and didnt like the fact people were lagging their server for this "war" concept and in a nut shell Patched priv ops.. so there are still private channel.. but you cant have operator unless itsw clan or Op channel.

Flood/Massloading is NOT WARRING because there is no battle.. its either for pure harrassment or to try and drop a clans bots. There is no game nor fun in that, since whats the point of harrassing a clan in the hopes they stop functioning? There is way to much work/spite/child mentality involved.. and for this same reason kids call it warring.

You kids go ahead and thing 1v1 eachother is "warring" if you wanna play dress up and slay dragon or w/e. But it isnt. That is called Tourniments or .. challenges.. not warring. If you challenge a kid to a 1v1 and he accepts.. he accepted your challnge not a war.. and if he declines.. you call that a dodge, cause he is affraid or w/e. same concept on a bigger scale is a Tourniment, where 2 parties or more battle it out for the top position.. nothing more. end of story

Just because you got Starcraft 8 years after it came out and have no idea of what went on the Bnet servers, dont think you can understand what happened from a nut shell description. This was a large community of Bnet and its for this reason it was patched. If this was a battle between me and some kid, bnet wouldnt care. This was as popular as you kids and your map hacks. Since bnet even just recently banned over 350k accounts caught using foriegn mods, which i doubt you knew anything about.

And Sc2 will not have any type of "War" between clans, since they dont want clans to be competing at the expense of the servers resources. They will have a Ladder though.. which i guess your concept of war would be since this is large scale 1v1.

And i was calling people who call flood/massload warring kids. Dont be so Egotistic as to believe for a second I would direct any sort of bash in your direction derived from a simple question you had.
