I went to walmarts site, and it said that SC2 is not available in stores, and you can order online. is this because StarCraft 2 isnt released yet, but at midnight you will be able to buy it? I do not have it pre-ordered because i was just going to go to walmart and get it there. Any help will be greatly appreacited!
Yeah, its just that they can't sell it in stores yet. The local walmart here at least has signs at all the entrances saying it goes on sale at 12:01am on the 27th. Short of them running out of copies by the time you get there you should be fine to go to walmart and pick up a copy at midnight.
Walmart should have plently of copies right? Im not bout to go extremely early just to get a copy, im sorry I just wont lol. I get off at 10, so I think i will probably head up to walmart at around 11:30. That should be fine, right?
My gamestop and walmart are right next to each other. If gamestop looks packed, I'll just switch over to walmart, which should be ushering people through. They are being sold at the register at the front of the store, so it should be a quick-ish line. Of course, I live in rural texas, so there could be no line, haha.
It's the same $60 everywhere right? I got mine at Best Buy last night at midnight, there were at least a dozen people there, I kind of expected more... but it's a somewhat rural area. Best Buy had plenty for the people that were there and had at least another 50 or more copies on display. Someone in the car audio section turned on some music, it was a song everyone knows, then several people got on the storewide intercom and started singing karaoke style. It sounded horrible, but they kept on... so it was fun.
