Void Seeker

So, any thoughts about this new Protoss unit? Any guesses? Didn't see anybody talking about it. I think it is beautyful, But I have no idea about its role....

Sorry, I figured everybody knew about it....

 

Honestly, I think it's going to end up like the various Dropships/Shuttles/Overlords from SC:BW campaigns. That is, they'll fly in, drop whatever load they have, then fly off-screen and despawn.

That being said, I sure hope this one's in the editor. That is one badass looking spaceship.

From the original Star Relic to the new one Blizzard made a huge bounce ahead !
It is a so beautiful unique unit. It can't be a normal shuttle.

 

I didn't mean it'd actually function as a shuttle, I just meant it'd be a unit specifically for in-game cut scenes. You don't get to control it; you just watch it be a part of a scene to further the story.

 

Yes, like for the Hyperion. Surely. As Zeratul is a hero I doubt we could control his vessel too.

 

There's also a special Terran dropship, so I wouldn't be surprised if this one takes on a similar role. At least in the campaign.

^ I know, and they might make it a doodad that you have to protect or something, would be a kool mission.

 

Completely right, just like those transports. Odd how you don't notice it being used in vanilla SC.
