It actually shocked me when I first bought SC2 that the problem is so bad because my computer is less than a year old. Whenever I am playing StarCraft 2 I am seeing between 3-6 frames per second. At first I could tolerate it but after watching videos on youtube and seeing other players game run so smoothly it is starting to really anger me.

I emailed Blizzard support and called them multiple times but each time I do there is a 45 minute wait or they aren't taking calls at all.

Here is the URL to the specs on my comp. I have no idea what any of it means but in anyone can shed some light on the problem and maybe even a solution it would be greatly appreciated.

I know there have been other threads on here about the same subject and I apologize for adding another one but I am getting extremely frustrated and tired of google searching for a solution.

You need a video card. Since you have a slimline, I suggest this card.

alright so i am about to buy that graphics card but before i do i thought it would be a good idea to be a little more descriptive about the problem. It is not just the gameplay that is laggy/choppy but everything about SC2 is. The main menu is, the chat boxes, everything. And its not my connection because i tried offline and still the same problem so if it is still the graphics card causing it then ill get a new one but can someone please give me some kind of confirmation before i do?

Yeah, I already figured that. The integrated GeForce 6150 graphics on your motherboard is just too slow for modern gaming. I have a PC with a GeForce 7100 graphics and experience the same thing. Your PC is extremely GPU-limited as is common with most off-the-shelf computers. Even the ION would be better than what you have.

Note, though, due to the slim profile of your PC, you're limited to lower end graphics cards such as the one I linked to. Don't expect to be able to crank it to ultra and maintain playable frame rates. However, medium to high settings should be doable.

Alright i'll go ahead and get it then, thank you so much for the help. Medium to high graphics are fine with me, even low is good so long as the frame rate increases. Again thanks.

Umm I use an Intel integrated 4500. Is that actually better than 6150???

Yes, it is. Shocker, isn't it? GeForce 6150 is around GMA 3100 level.
