    As far as I know only Hyperion members get custom titles

    As of right now no one has custom titles, and I don't have any idea when that will change if it will at all.

    Username can be changed by the admin. Only HYperion members can have access to title change. Well, it's not really a title change. More like adding another title of some sort.
