Hello. Something I think blizzard have not made mutch bether between their earlyer games(starcraft-diablo-w3) is the user profile. I think they prety mutch looks the same from game to game and from user to user. Would be nice if everybody had some kind of uniq profile view and possibility to customise it. What about it?
That would be excellent in B.Net. I hope they have an icon system like Warcraft 3 but you don't have to win to earn them. Maybe for doing in-game accomplishments? Like get 500 kills with Battlecruisers, and you get the Battlecruiser unit portrait for your profile.
I think just being able to customise you own would be awesome. Like just redo the whole thing for your own style. I like that idea
Eurgh. I hate myspace. But not like a whole page recreated. I just think it would be cool to be able to customise what you have at teh bottome of your screen. That would be sweet as. If blizzard etc go through lengths to make map editors etc why not thow in one for the command bar?
Yeah, you could get the reward after your first Terran game or your hundredth. It just depends on how often you use the unit.
Excellent idea Major Willy. I never thought of that actually. I never really liked Wc3's icon system because it forces you to play a lot to get your icons. From that idea, the icon that you get would actually be kind of like your personality in SC2. It would show what kind of strategy you use the most and what you are most efficient with. owerup: for that.
...Although if someone sees you have lots of BC accomplishments they're going Warp Rays or (if in game still) Scourge. Then again, if you're a good enough Terran player you should see this coming.
Exactly. It would be more of mind-games. I really like this concept. You could trick your opponent of thinking of something that you are actually not.
And the good thing is that this idea of in-game accomplishments is fine for pros to casuals. The hardest of the hardcore will try for it on the first day. The casuals will go "meh" and keep playing until they get it at their own rate. In the end it doesn't matter, the two players have the same icon.
