uploading a signature

im currently uploading my signature (finally) and this may sound noobish but i don't know how?
will i convert it to something first? must i host it? or any other method..... pls help and thanks

 

You must upload it to some site on the internet (like imageshack.us )
Just register and upload the picture and it should give you a bunch of links to choose from. Personally I use direct links to images and put them in img tags on forums

 

how does the tags work???

 

take direct link to the image (http://www.something.com/smgsmgsmg.jpg <- like this one ), copy it into reply form and press insert image. It should look like...
