    Having personally migrated a forum from phpBB 2 to phpBB 3... I have no clue how hard it would be to do this upcoming vB migration. Plus, this forum has lots of custom stuff, and I'm sure not all of it is going to move forward well.

    Took me a month to migrate that forum to phpBB 3, and that was after rehearsing the migration on a "practice" backup of the forum. :/
