How do you think Tychus is going to play into the story? In the cinematic trailer he's imprisoned, so is he a prisoner of the Terran Dominion (making him somewhat of a good guy)?

Apparently he's going to be fairly prominant in the story since he has cinematics and a statue already out about him.

I agree, he will probably be a very big part in the story.

    P.S. $250 for a frickin' statue? That's insane! It's only 18" tall!

They figure they can make money because you just know there'll be a lot of people buying it!

Edit: In case people don't know what is being talked about here is a link

he reminds me of markus from GoW
Judging by the word PAIN inscribed on his knuckles, and his huge muscles hes probably some War Hero that screwed up something or commited some war crime (probably treason, or something to do with raynor and the others). And now because they need his services once again, even though he is not exactly "Orthodox" (in comparison to the rest of the terran dominion) just like in the movie "The Hebrew Hammer" and many other movies you can think of. Hes badass.
But anyway i think hes probably going to take a commanding role in the war because of either knowledge that he alone knows or simply because they are desperate for leaders.

Nice description dude, I can imagine it happening.

He's gonna be one powerful marine hero!

He's one of those good guys that did something wrong but is still good.

Mm....I dunno. They wouldn't really let a prisoner smoke cigars, would they?

Whatever his story is, he's the second coolest Terran ever.

The first was the Firebat with the Christmas lights ;D

Explain the murder record, the canceled execution order, and the leg chains then ;)

    You can smoke in prison!

Re: Tichus Findlay Statue - who is buying one?

I'm saving up for some music CDs, Starcraft 2 + Expansion, Half Life Episode 2, a few concerts and lots of booze ;D so I probably won't buy one. I might consider getting one in a couple of years off eBay second-hand; that would be cool!

In regards to that $250 dollar statue I'm gonna have to say thanks, but no thanks. There is no way I'm wasting my money on that when I could just be getting equipment for my computer to make StarCraft 2 all the more enjoyable.

Heck, if I had 250 to drop, I'd get a new bass!

Yes, my bass is so crappy that a 250$ one would be an improvement.

Re: Tichus Findlay Statue - who is buying one?

I'm sure they inject him with things to constipate him while he's in action, and they could just hook up his ding-dong to an ejection tube or something so peeing wouldn't be such a big problem...

Of course I have no idea what I'm talking about, but it MIGHT work, right?

EDIT: Oh and Fenix, my mate got himself a Fender Mustang for 133$ and it sounds great. It's his amp that need improving, though. :p

XD, his human refuse is broken down into basic carbon and other elements, then processed into fuel for his suit.

At least, that's what I think.

    EDIT:
Actually, I already have a bass picked out and the cash for it. Graduation and three sets of grandparents tend to load a guy up :D

Sounds great! Maybe you could squeeze some statue money from them. :D

As for the statue, I remembered an important thing. It really depends on his role in the story. If he plays an asshole that gets everyone killed then nope.

Re: Tichus Findlay Statue - who is buying one?

Now, if they made a statue of the Firebat with the rocket launcher in the Brood War intro....Complete with X-Mas lights, now THAT I would spend 250 on.

Or maybe a life-size Battlecruiser, complete with Russian vocal action!

    LOL

Anyway... I won't get it... now maybe if it was something like a Dragoon or a Zergling, for half a dollar, I'd consider it...

They should include a free Starcraft 2 pre-order coupon so you'd get the game as a bonus when it comes out.

i think $250 is a bit excessive although it does look pretty cool
