Two questions about battle.net account and starcraft II

I have 2 questions. I hope someone can help me.

1)
I bought the retail version of Starcraft II but I got confused and by accident (stupidness) I entered the keycode 4 times while installing. Now I’ve got 4 entries in my Starcraft II battle.net account list (all from the same retail version.)

Only the first Starcraft II game account (named SCII-1) is ‘active’ and playable of course but I can’t remove the other 3 accounts. Their status is ‘frozen’ and 3 days after the install of the game they are still in the list.

My 3 stupid mistakes are named SCII-2, SCII-3 and SCII-4 in my Starcraft II game account list.
Does anybody know how to remove these ghost accounts?

2)
I can’t post in the official Starcraft II forums. I can read posts but when I try to reply I get the message that I haven’t got an in-game character name. This is not true. My in-game character name is ‘sweepee’ and I access the forums from within the game itself!

It's kind of ironic actually. I've got a technical support question but I can't post in the technical support forum :-(

I've tried to contact Blizzard by e-mail but I'm still waiting (it's been 4 days) and I can't get through by phone.

This might be a question best left to Blizzard technical support... unfortunately.
