Hey, I just recently got SC2
and when I put it in my computor, my computor almost immediately got the blue screen of death. The download doesnt even start, my screen goes black for a second and then the BSOD pops up.
I have researched some online and I found that a registry cleaner my fix the problem, but I have tried that and the problem still persists.
My computor is a 2004 dell with microsoft xp.
The stop message on the BSOD reads: Stop: 0x00000019 (0x00000020, 0xFF268828, 0xFF26B840, 0x1A030008)

If anyone has any idea on how to fix the problem, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, that's not the part of the BSOD we need. When it pops up, it's generally have a .sys file listed. That's a driver, generally a bad one.

I looked and could not find the .sys, the only other things I could see of significance was towards the top it said: Bad_Pool_Header
and at the bottom it said: Beginning dump of phsyical memory
    Physical memory dump complete

Have you tried running a registry fixer? Run one of those, then run Memtest86+
